Building AI Order Management Agent
As part of a personal experimentative project, built an AI Order Management Agent, an end-to-end automation system designed to streamline B2B order fulfillment. It automates the entire lifecycle, from receiving a purchase/ sales order to delivering real-time shipment tracking updates to stakeholders. The agent leverages AI and low-code/no-code tools to ensure minimal human intervention, increased accuracy and improved operational efficiency.
