Global Process Design for Freight Management system

To design and standardize end-to-end global freight management processes across regions and business units by implementing a scalable and integrated Freight Management System (FMS), enhancing visibility, control, compliance, and cost efficiency. The goal was to harmonize freight operations, eliminate process fragmentation, and enable digitization and automation within the freight procurement, planning, execution, and settlement lifecycle.
